Return & Refund Policy

At Sanjivani Aushadhi, we strive to ensure that our customers receive only the best quality Ayurvedic and herbal products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions and process for returning items and requesting refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or partially used products.

  • Products without original packaging or tampered seals.

  • Items purchased under special discounts, promotions, or clearance sales.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at shifasanjeevani@gmail.com or call us at 7974050670 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID, invoice copy, and reason for return along with a photo/video of the damaged or defective product.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  4. Once approved, the product must be shipped back to:

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of prepaid orders, partial refunds will be issued only for the returned product value (excluding shipping charges).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at 7974050670.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; you may instead request a return after delivery (if eligible).


6. Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
